Maintenance requests are answered very promptly, the manager is never too busy to assist the residents or the leasing agents, and the leasing agents in the front office treat everyone like they genuinely appreciate us being here. Beacon Lakes apartments was definitely a pleasant surprise and I really enjoy it here."
